When you purchase any products from NAVABEE, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your adult products are covered by our standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Each sexual toys is provided with a 100% guarantee against any manufacturing defect. Our guarantee does not apply to damaged products which are used or damaged during transportation. You can inform the issue to our sales department with photos and videos by any communication methods within a month from the date you received the products.
In the case of the manufacturing defect, our quality department will evaluate the issue immediately. Once we have agreement on the quality, NAVABEE Factory will provide the best solution for you!
Lifetime Warranty:
One year (except hull, artificial damage) .
All NAVABEE products are warrantied for the lifetime of the product subject to the following warranty exceptions
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned (when they are not faulty) the following terms have to be met:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order..
Custom Made Products
The above exchange and return policy does not apply to custom made products.
All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value.
As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products unless they are damaged.
In such case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at: and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If a product becomes damaged through no fault of materials or workmanship and hence is not covered by the lifetime warranty, then Navabee service agent will attempt to assist customers with their requirements.
Warranty Exceptions:
♦ All sexual toy items, these carry a 1 year warranty.
♦ Any warranty claim arising from product accidental damage, misuse, alteration, neglect, incorrect installation or failure to use the product under normal operating conditions and in line with LaDagogo operation instructions.
♦ Costs relating to the packaging, transport, collection and return of faulty goods – all product returns to be suitably packaged to protect units from damage in transit.
♦ Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of god, public disturbances, terrorism, incorrect power supplies, power shortages, unusual physical or electrical stress, or any other cause beyond the control of NAVABEE.
